The staff was amazing, especially the general manager, who generously helped us with our stay. The Doorman, Sunday, went above and beyond to assist us. We also found all the staff to be super respectful.

The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. A softer mattress would have made a huge difference in how comfortable the stay was.
